Most of the intelligentsia of the world has accepted that human is the best creature on the earth. But.. "My question is if it is the best creature then why they need external law other than nature's rule book to follow for the survival in the world"? To run a nation in a systematic way , there is a need of law i.e either constitutional or religious. In our country i.e India, there is democracy and written Constitution as well, even though there is unlawfulness in the society. I would like to ask a question.
